“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth" Acts 1:8. Jesus disciples are called and commanded to be His witnesses to the end of the earth.
And Jesus came and said to them, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." Matthew 28:18-20
At a minimum, this means that the church is praying for the gospel to go to the end of the earth. For other churches this may mean both praying and supporting missionaries outside of their local church. For CrossWay this means praying, supporting, sending, and going to the end of the earth with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Most, if not all, of the work that CrossWay does in foreign mission fields is with our mission partners – those people and organizations that we are working together with to spread a passion for the gospel of Jesus Christ. As a church, our desire is to substantial support a few mission partners so we can establish a meaningful partnerships rather than accumulate dozens of less meaningful partners.

In all cases, our desire is support work that is built on the foundation of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our hope is that all four aspects of our outward mission – evangelism, mercy ministries, pastor training, and church planting – are represented in our global initiatives.
CrossWay Exists
CrossWay is committed to taking the gospel to the ends of the earth. We ask every CrossWay member to regularly pray for our mission partners, send Emails, notes, or packages to encourage them, and give to support them financially.
