We had a good start this week. The total man hours this week was 776 hours equivalent to 97 working days, including the hours spent for the Reydan's Well.
Next week, with the work force of 25 men, we hope to install all the glass windows, complete the installation mezzanine ceiling and divider aluminum frame, and finish painting the ground floor interior walls.
With rate of the work going on, it is most likely that when your team arrives, the main work will be installation of gypsum board for the ceiling and partition, as well as painting them. By May 12, the scheduled dedication service, I hope all the ceiling and partitions would have been painted.
If you look again at my email where I stated the items that needs to be done, 2 or 3 (perimeter fence, kitchen extension, and additional toilets) major items will not be completed yet. But the main building will be completed.
