Two super typhoons (Ondoy and Pepeng) in a span of one week between September 26 and October 2, 209, followed by another typhoon in October 26 (Santi) brought the Filipinos to their knees before God particularly in Metro Manila, Bicol Region, Calabarzon, Central Luzon, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Autonomus Region, and Northern Eastern Luzon as these typhoons brought utter devastation and destruction to lives, properties, livelihood, roads, and bridges.
These did not however diminish the commitment of the PTC Team to bring training seminars among the grassroots pastors and church leaders serving the Lord in different parts of the Philippines. Seminars in Bataan, Isabela and Marinduque were cancelled because the pastors in those areas were greatly affected by the floods.
