Crossway would like to thank everyone who recently participated in our Coins for the Kingdom program. This exciting new program was designed to provide a means for our children to get involvement in God’s mission to the world. We wanted to be an encouragement to our mission partners and their children who are serving so faithfully on the field in locations like
Through the 2.5 months of the program (Oct-early Dec), we were able to collect 83 Banks filled with coins totaling $1,390.44! That’s a lot of coinage! (Wish I could have seen Brian K. walk up to the bank with a bag(s) full of coins! I picture a scene from Robin Hood or something. Good thing there were no bandits on the loose! J) A small portion of this money will be used to give gifts to our mission partners’ children this holiday season. The majority of this money will go towards blessing children our mission partners are reaching out to with the gospel.
Thank you to all parents for involving & teaching your children about giving generously to God’s Kingdom. Thank you to all children who participated and gave so sacrificially. Know that God is honored and the Gospel is adorned by your giving!
