Eleventh Annual Pastors Conference

Even as you read this Blog post, pastors in the Philippines are meeting at a conference led by Pastor Paul Caampued for a time of encouragement, refreshment and strengthening for ministry.

The Eleventh PTC (Pastoral Training Course) Annual Ministers’ Conference is from March 22nd through March 25th. For the very first time the PTC is hosting the conference in the PTC Training Center that was constructed by the PTC Team and CrossWay together.

The theme of the conference is “Recognizing and Overcoming the Challenges in the Life of Ministers.” Topics include: Understanding and coping with suffering, overcoming poverty, educational deficiency, and disability, and keeping up with family relationships and responsibilities.

Paul has asked us to pray along the following lines.

First, for the conference, kindly pray for…

1. The conference speakers including those who will lead the group morning devotions, namely:Mariano Apilado, Arman Aspa, Joseph Arellano, Jeff Taclas, Rudy Rabe, Noel De la Cruz, Miguel Pabilonia, Andres Navarra, Paul Caampued.
2. The conference staff – health, strength, joy, and effectiveness.
3. Provisions for the delegates for their transportation to and from the venue and there registration fee.
4. That God's presence and power through the Holy Spirit will be upon us, and His Word will be clearly preached and understood, and that the lord Jesus will be honored, exulted, and glorified.
5. The weather that it will not be too hot and windy.
   

Second, for Paul and Arcy’s trip to the U.S. and their visit to CrossWay, kindly pray for…

1. My wife passport to be released before March 30.
2. Provisions for airfare to travel to Memphis.
