The main challenge has always been the distance (traveling, away from home, etc.) from Belo to the in situ training regions. I praise God that I can already count on the help of some new teachers in Governador Valadares.
Another challenge is to decide upon the training needs of each group of students. Then prepare the teaching material according to their needs. For instance, establishing an Expository Preaching Club in Belo with some full time leaders and former ESCALE students was a great challenge. And seeing it working and being a helpful Expository Preaching ministry tool to those who come every Wednesday it is an enormous encouragement to all of us.
