PTC Construction Update - August 2010

By God's grace the construction work at the PTC Center had been going well.

The exterior ceiling, gutters and down spouts were all in place. The exterior walls had been fully painted. The glass doors and windows were all installed. The kitchen is almost finish (except for the tiles, over hang cabinet). The wood planks had been all installed, although we still need about 52 pcs to cover all the mezannine floor area. The concrete slab in the exit area and above the comfort rooms had been done. We put up 3 iron horizontal beams ( 3 inches angle bars) to strengthen the support for the mezzanine floor. The interior signage made of wood had been carved and put in place. We planted some vegetables (okra) instead of ornamental plants in the plant box infront of the building. The room partitions and ceiling will soon be installed. The frame for the winows and door canopy had been fabricated and ready for installation. The finishing work will go on slowly with 2 to 3 workers every week.

As it is now rainy season in the Philippines, we always experience very strong down pour in the afternoon. We thank God that the exterior painting work had been completed before the rain came.

Many thanks for your parnertship with us in this endeavor.

Blessings.

Paul
