Today was our first full day of work, putting up drywall on the third floor of the Pastoral Training Center and sanding the walls on the second floor, working side by side with the workers who have put so much of themselves into this building.
At the end of
the workday, we joined the neighboring community in a gathering area across the road for a time of song, interaction with the children, led by Tim Scott, and then hearing from Bob Martinelli about the faithfulness of Jesus Christ and what salvation looks like. It was a hot day, as it is this time of the year in the Philippines, but a day filled with fellowship and joy, and what joy is brought to our hearts by the children!What a blessing to be able to serve God along side our Filipino brothers and sisters in Antipolo City. We thank you for your prayers, and ask for your continued prayers that in all we say and do, God would be glorified.
