Dear ones of Crossway, it is such a privilege to partner with you in the work on building Eastern Europeans up to become Christ-like Leaders who would count the cost and raise up other among their countrymen thus creating the new Christian legacy for their land! David and I just wanted to introduce you to our team on the ground - the other four couple we closely work with, plan, pray, live lives with, play:) You know our faces on the left of the picture, then left to right are Ryan and Jen Noltereike with their three boys - who are our boys absolute favorite people in the whole world, then Danny and Becky Loe with their daughter Suzanna. They lived and ministered in Japan before joining our team 7 years ago, then Gary and Kim Rickard with their two little ones. Gary worked with Czech nationals before coming to Hungary and marrying Kim,and finally our new director and his family: Kevin and Rahela Conway.
